AceThinker offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Refund requests are only accepted within 30 days of purchase and must meet specific eligibility criteria. Orders cannot be cancelled after this period.

When Refunds Are Approved

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

A. Purchasing Issues

  • Accidental Purchase: If you purchase the wrong product by mistake and immediately buy the correct product from AceThinker, we will refund the incorrect purchase upon request.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you purchase the same product twice at the same time and do not wish to exchange for another product, we will refund one of the purchases.

B. Registration Information Issues

  • Incorrect Registration Details: If you receive incorrect registration information that prevents you from using the software and you no longer need the product, we will issue a refund after verifying the situation.
  • Registration Code Not Received: If you do not receive your registration code within 24 hours of purchase and do not receive a response from our support team within 48 hours of contacting us, you may request a refund.

C. Product Issues

  • Technical Problems: If our support specialists confirm a serious technical issue with the product and no solution is provided within 30 days, we will process a refund if you do not wish to wait for an upgrade or fix.

Refund Note:

As our products are digital and registration codes cannot be revoked, if a refund is insisted upon, a 20% fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

2. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

A. Purchasing Issues

  • Unauthorized Payment: If a refund is requested due to credit card or other unauthorized payment, please contact your card issuer directly. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we can exchange the product if desired.
  • Wrong Product from Another Company: If you purchase the wrong product from AceThinker and then buy the correct product from another company, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Misunderstanding Product Features: Refunds are not granted if the wrong product is purchased due to misunderstanding its features. However, if the price difference is less than $20 and you contact us within 48 hours, we can exchange the product.
  • Price Changes or Promotions: Refunds are not available for price changes or promotional purchases.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for simply changing your mind after purchase.

B. Registration Information Issues

  • User Error: If registration fails due to user error and the registration information is valid, a refund will not be issued.
  • Lack of Cooperation: If you encounter technical issues but do not cooperate with our support team or refuse proposed solutions, your refund request will be denied.

C. Product Issues

  • Digital Copyright Restrictions: Our products cannot convert files purchased from iTunes or similar sources due to copyright protection. This is clearly stated on our website, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.
  • Failure to Review Product Information: If you do not read the product description or try the trial version before purchasing and the product does not meet your needs, a refund will not be granted.
  • Wrong Version Purchased: If you purchase a version incompatible with your device (e.g., Mac user buys Windows version), a refund will not be issued. We can offer an exchange if a suitable product is available.
  • Affiliate Purchases: If you buy from an affiliate and the product does not meet your needs due to unclear descriptions, please contact the affiliate directly.
  • Expired Orders: Refunds are not available for technical issues reported after the order validity period.

D. Requests After 30 Days

Refunds are not available for requests made after the 30-day guarantee period.
