This legally binding agreement ("EULA") governs your use of software products ("Software") developed by AceThinker ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Software, you ("End User") agree to these terms.
License Grant
Permitted Use
You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and activate the Software on one (1) computer (personal/non-commercial use).
- Use commercially only with a valid Multi-User or Commercial License.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or allow multi-device/network access without a Multi-User License.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code (except where legally permitted).
- Modify, rent, or create derivative works of the Software.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Software, including images, audio, video, text, and related materials, belong solely to AceThinker Studio. You must treat the Software as copyrighted material and may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software, except where permitted by law.
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Copy (except for one backup copy), sell, rent, lease, publicly display, or exploit the Software commercially.
Additional Terms
Cover CD Distribution: Distribution of evaluation copies via cover CDs in magazines is permitted, provided a copy of the magazine issue is sent to AceThinker Studio.
Term: This license remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. The license will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement, upon which you must destroy all copies.
Limited Warranty & Disclaimer
No Warranty
The Software and all accompanying materials are provided "AS IS," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume all risks related to the use and performance of the Software.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceThinker Studio and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Miscellaneous
Compliance with Law: You agree not to use the Software for any illegal activities. Any consequences resulting from illegal use are your sole responsibility. If you disagree, do not install or use the Software.

Final Interpretation: AceThinker holds the exclusive right to interpret and revise this Agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
